Who We Are
Rice Dairy is a boutique brokerage firm, offering guidance, analysis, and execution services on futures,
options, spot, and forward markets; specializing in Dairy and markets at Dairy’s periphery. Rice Dairy
maintains an unparalleled position in the Dairy Complex on the trading floor of the Chicago Mercantile
Exchange, with four exchange members executing on behalf of the firm's clients. Along with Chief Market Analyst Jerry
Dryer, Rice Dairy publishes daily and weekly reports, periodic price forecasts, and pre USDA report estimates.
